TERMINAL BULKS SOLIDS

  • Pier front with 112 mfrom withlength (LOA), with (-) 9m (ZH).

  • Ships toup to 200m to draft (DRAFT) 10m and beam (BEAM) tois 32m.

  • The ships  with larger dimensions will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.

LIFTING APPARATUS

The Bulk Solids terminal is equipped with two cranes:

​

  • 16 ton load at 32 m, on rails

  • 25 ton load at 28 m Gottwald on wheels

​

Capacity in the order of 600 tons/hour in cereals and agri-food, 400 tons/hour in fertilizer chemicals and 250 tons/hour in scrap

To work with the cranes, the pier has two awnings:

​

  • Mague awning,  equipped with a dust removal system, on rails, fed by the set of conveyors that feed the warehouses

  • Awning for direct unloading onto truck at the dock

TRANSPORTERS

Unloading at Sapec Terminais Portuários can be done directly to warehouses using a set of conveyor belt system, with a dust removal system that take the product from the pier to the logistics platform, warehouses, also enabling direct loading onto trucks and/or trains. /wagons, when placed under an unloading silo.

Interspersed in the conveyor system is a Mollen electronic weighing scale (discontinuous weighing by swings).

The Sapec Port Terminal is equipped with two weighbridges for electronic weighing of trucks that load/unload at the pier, one next to the entrance with a capacity of up to 80 tons and the other integrated into the loading system from the spherical silo with a capacity of up to 60 tons.
